    1. The first time I saw it, it was flat, so it had already “walked” some. The tide wasn’t out for long… This was the tide at it’s lowest. I had to wade out to the sandbar where the starfish was. I have a lot more photos of conch shells, too… with house guests.

    1. Thank you. You know that is funny that you say you can almost feel the starfish… I didn’t touch him. I am usually very curious, but I knew it was alive and didn’t want to put it in any more shock than it already was. I looked very closely and that’s about it. I imagine it felt very gritty.
